There are times in everyone's life that everything should go by smoothly without problems. One of the special and most meaningful is preparing for our children's weddings. Rarely do we escape those little problems that seem to pop up out of the blue to cause us a few little heart aches. There are those that seem to weather any eventually and make the evening unfold like a Cinderella story.

Vicki Zambie had everything under control and she and her husband Dr. Michael brought a fairytale story to life. Supreme royal treatment along with a wedding at Jesus the Good Shepherd and reception at Bayou DeSiard Country Club for their daughter Allene and her husband Joseph Worley, III, had hundreds of guests mesmerized for the entire evening.

After guests left church the ambiance that hung around Bayou DeSiard Country Club on Saturday was airborne with enthusiasm and excitement. The tinted hue of the sky around seven o'clock set the mood for an evening of whimsical magic. One could hardly get down Loop Road for the endless cars trying to turn into the driveway of the club with its scenic bayou view. Everyone was filled with anticipation and apparently the ladies and gentlemen dressed to the nines were determined to arrive looking like fashionable butterflies and men of status.

Upon arriving at the white double doors at the club two matching wreathes of pink roses in every shade of pink imaginable and entwined with beige satin monogrammed ribbon hung perfectly from each one. The entrance foyer never looked so exquisite with its new antique mirror that was attached at the top with a gilt wooden carved bird holding a garland of carved wooden flowers. Under the mirror was a French antique chest along with a classical gilt bronze figured centerpiece and crystal bowl holding a mammoth pink arrangement exploding with roses, pink tulips, peonies and pink lilies.Oregon Pipeline Could Harm Butterfly Flowers
